My Income Tripled When I Realized This…

Overcome The Fear Of Not Being Enough In Your Business

Worried about being found out as a fraud? Changing your pricing to soothe your fear? Thought’s like “what if I don’t know enough?”, “Who would pay me just for what I know”, “am I really experienced enough?”, or my brains favorite go to “what if they don’t like it & want a refund”.

First let me tell you, if your feeling any of these, or questioning your abilities, you’re not alone.

As entreprenurs we all struggle with imposter syndrom no matter how long we’ve been in business.

75% of CEO level women struggle with imposter syndrom, so being a business owner by yourself it’s not shocking we’re struggling too.

I mean how many times have you thought to yourself… but what am I really? I just gave myself a title, is it really that legit.

My answer is absoultey why is a label from some boss who could fire you and take it away more “real” or “legit” than one that you’ve earned from starting, building and growing your own business?

Think about it like this…

If you’re an english teacher, and you get laid off…are you still an english teacher?

Um yes…and at that point aren’t you giving yourself that title? Yep. So why is it such a struggle our brains go thru to value our self given titles, and designations?

Probably because we’ve all been brought up with the typical 9-5 grind lifestyle and exploring outside that tiny box is super scary and often uncharted territory!

I’m here to tell you, luckily i’ve searched and searched for an answer to this struggle of guilt and fear when I ask people to pay me or even think about sales…

When I charge $4,000 for a 12 week coaching session, or $997 for my Creative Marketing Mastermind Group Coaching Program, I used to break out in a cold sweat just thinking about asking for that much.

Then I realized I need to value myself and other’s will too.

I have alot to give, and it’s only right that others pay me for my work.

You wouldn’t expect a lawyer to do your case probono? Of course not.

How about strolling into the dentist and expecting them to do that root canal on the house?

Just the though seems outragious…but why?

They both often have their own practice, working as entreprenurs, just because they have a brick and mortor means their experise in their field isn’t worth paying for? Of course not.

So why are you any different?

When I ran my brick and mortar daycare, for the first year I felt so bad charging to care for them and often told their parents I wish I could do it for free…

A year in I began valueing my expertise and realizing what I offered was special, unique and worth paying for.

Everything changed from that moment on.

I realized something that guides me even today when I launch a new product I remember…

💰 More Money Allows You To Do More.

It took me a long time to realize this…


When I started making more than live-able income with my business, I realized the more I could do with it- offering scholarships, free speaking/coaching events, free promotions, and more charity.

I was able to take the kids on field trips and pay for all their admission so their parents didn’t have to worry about additional cost.

I was able to afford to pay for my kids gymnastics, fund my new business venture online until it took off and became my full time income.

I was able to take my kids on a $4,000 Disney cruise paid for in cash.

So I was able to show up, feel valued, have respectful clientele that valued me, and feel refreshed and ready to take on each day.

I showed up better, did more, and was rewarded for my efforts.

Plus I was able to do more, even now I can hire help here and there to lighten my burden when I feel like it, whether from fiverr or something simple like a weekly house cleaner…all allow me to have time with my kids.

Refresh and show up ready to help people, when otherwise I might have been burnt out, stressed, or even have to give up on my dream and close the business if I wasn’t making the money to support my family as a single homeschooling self-employed mom you can see how that just wasn’t a viable option if I had anything to say about it.

It has allowed me to donate 3% of every sale of my mastermind annual membership to a charity that’s close to my heart- The Willow Center For Domestic Violence.

They had a major impact on my life after my divorce and by the grace of God led me to where I am now.

This center provided me with the guidance, counseling & support to keep going.

If you’re feeling stuck, not sure why people aren’t buying & you’ve probably got a ton of courses, etc, collecting dust on your virtual bookshelf, the problem usually is because it’s built on strategies.

Here we learn skills.

Skills like tackling your fear, guilt, and doubt.

Some of the most impactful yet hardly addressed aspects of entrepreneurship that cause most businesses to fail.

Don’t let those thoughts and feelings keep you from helping the people who need you, those you need to support, and the family that deserves your time.
